Kansas City Royals/Kauffman Stadium Baseball Club
Customer Service Representative:
Responsible for handling and entering customers personal and credit card information taking ticket sales over the phone and problem solving.
ADT Security Systems
Customer Service Specialist:
Working outbound calls. I answered alarms by calling the customer, the people they request to be called, security guards, police departments and fire departments. In addition, my responsibilities were to document through data entry any information I had received concerning the alarm.
JC Penney Distribution
Customer Service Representative:
Inbound calls taking catalog orders.
