Implementation Department from 1998 - 2002:
Duplication of our various software with Realtors updated database information by downloading the information from their host systems. Responsible for the entire customer service operation for the CD Production area, which I organized, scheduled and built a very satisfied and loyal customer base. I worked with 400 customers. In addition, I worked with the outside vendors when we were unable to complete a job onsite. I designed CD labels for each new software program. I also performed technical support, determined when supply purchasing was necessary, administered billing and shipped items that have to go out immediately making sure that they got to the required shipping company after they had made their last pickup. I worked very closely with other departments regarding data preparation and problem solving. My position required expedient turn around time.
Pre-press Department from 1996 - 1998:
Scanned photos, proofed books and printed book originals.
Printing Department from 1995 - 1996:
Operated an A.B. Dick 360 printing press. Work included book covers, NCR paper, two color printing, designed and created book cover layouts on the computer and desktop, plate making and numerous special projects. Also experienced with RYOBI 9700 series and A.B. Dick 975 PFA presses.
Finishing Department from 1995:
Responsible for binding, collating, shrink-wrapping and shipping.
